A bit slow when not super busy on drive thru

Typical Tim Hortons but service has been slow when ever I go there. It is also a biker hang out, their nice, but there is a lot of them all the time.

Went in there at 9:00 am to order 1 bagel and were there for 15 minutes. We only had 4 customers ahead of us. There was one cash open and he seemed to have some language barrier which in turn made the line up pretty close to being out the door. When I finally got my bagel it was burnt and getting cold (don't know how long it was sitting there before they decided to butter it). In speaking with other people this is not unusual for this particular Tim Hortons. Turtle Tims should provide coffee to their employees to perhaps speed them up.
